چکیده
یکی از مهم‌ترین ویژگی‌های عین‌القضات فارسی نویسی اوست آن هم با زبانی بسیار استوار و استادانه. و از همین روی بررسی آثار او از نگاه نثر فارسی، تاریخ زبان، سبک شناسی و ... اهمیت ویژه دارد. به ویژه که از نظر زمانی نیز مربوط به قبل از مغول است و آثار قبل از مغول اهمیت بیشتری دارند.این مقاله بر مبنای مطالعه‌ی درون متنی، سبک شناسانه و نظری است که به شیوه‌ی تحلیلی – توصیفی و کتابخانه‌ای تنظیم شده است. دامنه و قلمرو تحقیق، متون سه جلد نامه‌ها و تمهیدات است. در آثار فارسی عین‌القضات سبک عراقی را همراه با صنایع لفظی و صورخیال و ویژگی‌های زبانی و اندیشه‌های بکر و نغز وی در زمینه‌های گوناگون چون: قرآن، عرفان، فقه، کلام، فلسفه و ادب فارسی و عربی می‌توان یافت. چند برگی از مقاله نیز به سبک شخصی حضرت قاضی اختصاص داده شده است. این آثار در قلمرو فکری بیشتر به مضامین عرفانی چون: آداب سلوک، رابطه‌ی پیر و پیرو و ویژگی‌ها و وظایف هریک مختص شده است و در قلمرو ادبی استشهاد از آیات و احادیث، تمثیل و اشعار و امثال فارسی و عربی و کنایات بیشتر رخ می‌نماید. در قلمرو زبانی عربی‌گرایی و کاربرد افعال در اشکال خاص از بسامد بالایی برخوردار است. در سبک شخصی آوردن عبارات کوتاه عربی در پایان بیشتر بندها و کاربرد واژه‌های دشوار و غیررایج از بقیه‌ی موارد گوی سبقت را ربوده‌اند.

چکیده [English]
One of the most important features of Ayn-al-Quzat is his Persian-writing with a very congent and masterful language. Therefore, the study of his works is of special significance from the perspective of Persian prose, language history, stylistics, etc., especially since it is related to pre-Mongol times and pre-Mongol works are more important.
This article is based on intra-textual, stylistic and theoretical study, which is organized in an analytical-descriptive and library method. The domain and scope of the research are valuable texts of three volumes of nameha and Tamhidaat.
In Persian works of Ayn-al-Quzat use the Iraqi style along with imagery figures of speech, linguistic features, and his original thoughts can be found in the fields as Quran, Mysticism, Jurisprudence, Philosophy and Persian and Arabic Literature. A few pages of article are also devoted to on the personal style of Ayn-al-Quzat.
In the intellectual realm, these works are mostly dedicated to mystical subjects such as: mystical behaviors, the relationship between Old and follower, and the characteristics and duties of each, and in the literary realm, witnessing verses and traditions, Arabic and Persian allegories, poems, proverbs, allusions occur more. In the realm of linguistics, Arabicism and the use of verbs in certain forms have a high frequency. In personal style, applying short Arabic phrases at the end of most verses and the use of uncommon words have overtaken the rest.
