Metaphor study is one the most focused literary criticism branches paid attention by critics since last time ago and there are so many words about its role and function. Among the functions stated by critics of this language technique is that it portrays the concepts not perceivable easily in addressed mind and depicts it as a dynamic picture in front of the reader eye. This research attempts to study and explain this aspect of metaphor functions in Sahifah Sajjadiah relying on descriptive-analytical method. For this purpose, first of all, pray literature and Sahifah Sajjadiah writing style is investigated in brief. Then, while studying metaphor position in literary criticism area and its function, we will engage in analyzing the some part of Sahifah Sajjadiah metaphors and its marked role in depicting the natural concepts, abstract and religious concepts. The findings show that in Sahifah Sajjadiah, Imam Sajjad has employed the metaphor not only for adorning his words, but for sensible and objective representation of the words and for affecting the addressed mine.

While the device is used in the Quran and Nahjolbalagha and Hadith. So the author of this essay is to examine different aspects of the rhetoric of Persian and Arabic and for the first time, according to the differences rhyme in poetry in Persian and Arabic, have shown that this device, in poetry and prose of these two languages are seven ways; Some of these special techniques of Persian poetry, and some have been used in both languages. Meanwhile, the rhetoricians, mannerism among Badi vocal have, it has been shown that some of these methods words strengthen external music and others to assist and enhance music within and meaning. Such segmentation and analysis of any of rhetorical Persian and Arabic, especially from the perspective of comparative never seen.

Metaphor as one of the most important studied phenomena with semantics and semantic approach is considered a cognitive mean to express abstract concepts and experiences based on objective and tangible human experiences. Joseph Lakoff and Johnson in his book “Metaphors we live by” published in 1980, talks about a new view in the area of metaphor. Presenting empirical evidence, they have questioned the traditional rhetoric view that considered metaphor as merely a mean to adorn speech and form words. New research by Lakoff and Johnson on metaphor proved that not only metaphor is only one of the specific forms of verbal and literary language, but it also has more important roles in human life than language. Moreover, human cognitive system is basically metaphorical which orientates on human thought, behavior and language. In other words, the role of metaphor in the study of stylistic features and the measure of the innovation of poet is very important, because creativity and innovation are made possible by creating metaphors. Hence, according to the theory and to emphasize Naser Khosrow lyrics, using an analytical- descriptive method, we will peruse the poems of Naser Khosrow and by providing evidence from his poetry, explain how surveyed cognitive infrastructure become novel and literary metaphors. This article is an attempt to survey and analyse his poems to illustrate the metaphors of the pictorial and orientated schema in Naser Khosrow lyrics are considerable and have not yet been investigated .

This article is written to aims to identify ways of brevity in Shahnameh Rostam and Esfandiar. Most books of Rhetoric, in the discussion of brevity, relying on basis of references Arabic, only one overall definition and presentation of evidence about it have sufficient evidence is often repeated in books. But with very few exceptions, the methods and motives neglected or Maybe it isn't investigated. This article authors have found styles of brevity in Rostam & Esfandiar that can be the pattern of this kind of brevity in particular and other Persian literature in particular. In addition to the methods such as use of proverbs, allusions, aphorisms, compound words and derivatives, interrogative sentences, phrases, metaphors and similes turning that have been mentioned in some Persian rhetorical books for brevity, it is found and proposed some ways like using descriptive phrases, adjectives, pronouns referring , given name, generalize, using particles and letters such as "the," "and" and ... in this paper.

This approach has took the place of influence in comperetive studies and in semiotic analyses transformed from the handwritten texts to media texts studies.But we must not suppose this theory is very new in our critics and rhetoric. Exaggeration received more attention of poets from the time of poem reciting and for this reason many poets and litterateur considered it. But Ibn _ Ghutaibeh was the first person who has used this style. This method has another names which are exaggeration, hyperbole and magnification. But some poets accept it and some of them reject it. Some of them say that this style causes discourse beautification and some poets says that exaggeration is the reason of poet,s inability. This article investigates the history of this style and its relations with another rhetoric methods and the findings of this article explains that although it has another expressions among poets but all of them consider it with the same concept. Also it became clear that this style increases the beauty of works with another styles such as similarity, metaphor, irony, prolixity and shortness. These styles not only cause the beautification but also they have important roles in the meaning denotation.
